Horrible customer service. I called to get information about their community, but I have already decided that they are not worth it. I mean, if they are rude and display that they have no time for you over the phone I can only imagine what their residents go through. I wish she would have asked me if I needed anything else before she hung up with me but hey may they are sooooo busy that do not need new residents. Word of advice: Candice work on your presentation of details, your customer service, and before you answer the phone make sure you are committed to offering genuine help. If you were busy you should not have answered the phone. I simply had to leave a review since you are the face of this community, they may need to replace you.

Your lack of enthusiasm, lack of an actually greeting, I actually had to ask for your name because I was so surprised at your attitude towards helping someone who knows nothing about your community. All of that brief 15 second phone call ending in you hanging up on me although I had additional questions lead to this review. To bad I was never invited to come tour your community. Your loss.
